We are seeking a TA Data Analyst with high business acumen and strong data analysis skills, desperate to enhance and improve our data and process quality.This role will support the creation and development of the Talent Acquisition Data Strategy delivering key analysis and projects to improve our TA efficiency as a key and increase candidate engagement in the hiring journey. -You'll drive projects that inspire our data-driven culture, bringing in-depth visibility to our Talent Acquisition and identifying key takeaways for decision making and generating actionable insights.
-Leverage analysis impact by being able to handle both holistic and pin-focused views and lead data-focused discussion with teams from different areas and regions.
-Slice, dice, aggregate and shape multiple data sources to dashboard and reports, think strategically to proactively analyze the data.
-Audit key data points and processes by creating a methodology to review system fields that we matter the most, identify and highlight opportunities and provide monthly reports to our leaders to follow up on critical focus
areas and recommend action plans to improve.
-Keep our systems data clean and maintain the internal processes in our TA system by providing standard processes and best practices to follow.
-Coordinate with cross functional teams to measure the impact and efficiency of new TA processes or programs. Analyze effectiveness, automate reports and build impactful dashboards.
What you'll need
-3+ years of professional experience in business intelligence / data analytics. Experience in Talent acquisition or consulting working environment, and in the Lever system is preferred.
-Desire to work with data analytics in a fast-paced business with strong strategic thinking and data abilities (advanced excel, Tableau, SQL).
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence senior leadership and facilitate discussion among key cross functional business groups.
-Ability to work collaboratively across all levels and exhibit strong project leadership.
-Be an effective storyteller powered by insights to present your ideas and analysis out of sophisticated data sets
